GV4 High Alcohol Wine Yeast.
A sachet of Gervin GV4 High Alcohol Wine Yeast from Muntons. You will recognise GV4 yeast as it is the one with the purple label.
This yeast is low foam, very tolerant, and is ideal for making high alcohol wines.
Weight: 5g.
The 5g sachet of yeast is enough for a single fermentation of up to 5 gallons of wine.
Sprinkle onto the surface of the prepared wine 'must', there is no need to stir.
